Funeral services for Dr. George Lewis Thacker, will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 26, 2008, at the Mother Liberty C.M.E. Church. Burial will follow in the Highland Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 25, 2008, at the Chambers-McClure Academic Center on the campus of Lane College.
