Funeral services for Mr. Ricky Bills, will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 5, 2008, at the Progressive Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Epting officiating. Burial will follow in the Montgomery Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, April 4, 2008, at the Stephenson-Shaw Funeral Home Chapel.
Mr. Bills will lie in state at the church Saturday, April 5, 2008, from 10:00 a.m., until time of service.
